Christies – St Peter Port, Guernsey
On a recent visit to the beautiful Channel Islands of Guernsey my husband and I sampled Christies Bar, Bistro and Restaurant; a gastronomic treasure tucked away in the historic Le Pollet in St Peter Port. We discovered it by chance on the first evening of our trip (my husband was competing at the International Masters Swimming Meet) and he needed refuelling! We coined a table in the front of the restaurant looking over St Peter Port harbour. The sun was setting, the live music playing, Pinot chilling and the food was delicious! We revisited Christies a number of times during our stay in Guernsey and would be delighted to recommend it to anyone visiting the capital in the near future. The early bird Restaurant menu is a treat between 6 and 7pm!
